Welcome to Land CURE's site and thanks for visiting!

We hope you can find everything you need. Land CURE is focused on providing high-quality service and customer satisfaction - we will do everything we can to meet your expectations.  Land CURE is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to improving the housing and transforming vacant spaces in Hazel Park, and other Metro Detroit suburbs, as well as improving the City's overall economic development.

Hazel Park is an up and coming community with the addition of new businesses such as Chef James Rigato's Mabel Gray and Cellarmen's (a microbrewery). Hazel Park is also now becoming a learning community with our Promise Zone, which is a organization that serves as a funder of last resort for two years at Oakland Community College.  Hazel Park's ACT scores and college enrollment jumped significantly in the last two years. Hazel Park is a new, exciting place to live and work.  Look around our city and this website and if you have any comments or questions, please feel free to contact us.

Check back later for new updates to our website. We hope to see you again, there's much more to come!

Land CURE's first supporting inner-

ring suburb and partner is the

City of Hazel Park.

Home Rehabilitation

Land CURE works with cities, counties, and

the private sector to rehabilitate homes and

sell those homes to owner occupants. See a list of our collaborators.

Changing Vacant Space

The next phase of Land CURE's model is to utilize vacant land in suburbs by building new homes or creating vibrant spaces, such as a new community garden.
