Cities for Urban Revitalization & Enhancement, Inc. (also known as Land CURE) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit established for the purpose of creating better neighborhoods in the inner-ring suburbs of Detroit by eliminating blight, rehabilitating existing homes and building new homes in built-out suburban communities. Land CURE accomplishes this goal through the acquisition, maintenance, rehabilitation, disposition and demolition of distressed and vulnerable public and private property. Further, Land CURE fosters the development of these distressed residential properties to promote owner occupancy and enhances economic development in the area by providing high quality housing. At Land CURE, we are focused on providing exceptional services with the highest levels of customer satisfaction and we will do everything we can to meet your expectations. Look around our website and if you have any comments or questions, please feel free to contact us. We hope to see you again! Check back later for new updates to our website. There's much more to come!
Land CURE is similar to and based on the principles of other land banks throughout the country. However, Land CURE is unique in its structure and partnerships. It is the only entity of its kind in the entire country!
